The Norwegian jazz pianist Bugge Wesseltoft, who visited Syria for the first time, gave a concert in the Damascus Opera House on 12 May. The concert, which was almost fully booked and attracted curious spectators of all ages, was a great success. Wesseltoft impressed his Damascene audience with an original combination of solo piano and electronic music. Read more
